Born in 1987 in the Pendik district of Istanbul, Muhammed Zahid Kıroğlu graduated from the Faculty of Law at Maltepe University and completed a master's degree in Human Resources Management.

Kıroğlu began his professional career in 2009 as an independent attorney at Boğaziçi Law Office. Since 2012, he has undertaken significant administrative and legal responsibilities in the public sector. Within the Municipality of Pendik, he served successively as Attorney in the Legal Affairs Department, Chief of Staff, Head of the Inspection Board, and Director of Human Resources and Training.

In 2024, Muhammed Zahid Kıroğlu joined the Turkish Youth and Education Service Foundation (TÜRGEV) as Human Resources Manager and Legal Counsel. In 2025, he was appointed Deputy General Manager for Corporate Development. Drawing on his extensive managerial, administrative, and legal experience, he has been serving as the General Manager of TÜRGEV since September 2026.

In addition to his professional career, Kıroğlu has actively assumed responsibilities in various non-governmental organizations. He is married and the father of two children.
