We held our 'Dormitory Manager Camp' with the participation of our President Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz from July 20-22 at the Island of Democracy and Freedoms. During the three-day program, we evaluated the past period with our managers while addressing our goals for the new academic year together. Our camp, enriched with trainings, discussions, and team activities, turned into a productive meeting that strengthened intra-institutional solidarity and motivation.

At the Dormitory Manager Camp we organized on July 20-22 at the Island of Democracy and Freedoms, we brought together dormitory managers working in different parts of Turkey.

With our camp program, we aimed to increase the motivation of our managers who work at a high pace throughout the year, provide opportunities for them to learn from each other and share experiences, comprehensively evaluate the past period together with our institutional managers, and address our goals for the new academic year from a common perspective.

During the evaluation meetings held, existing works were reviewed, and consultations were made on the priorities, goals, and roadmap for the new period. The shares made throughout the program contributed to strengthening our institutional culture and further solidifying communication and collaboration among our managers.

As part of the camp, a discussion titled "Elegance and Wisdom in Dormitory Management" was held with the participation of academician and author Dursun Ali Tökel.

In the discussion, it was emphasized that management is not just about administrative processes; the approach that centers on people, elegance, wisdom, and strong communication plays a decisive role in the understanding of management. Our dormitory managers showed great interest in the program, which was also attended by our Human Resources Department.

Our participants had the opportunity to evaluate the understanding of management from different aspects and gain new perspectives that would contribute to their professional development thanks to the discussion.

Our Dormitory Manager Camp, filled with training, evaluation, sharing, and social activities over three days, contributed to our managers gaining morale and motivation after the intense pace of the year, while also providing the opportunity to prepare for the new academic year with common goals and a strong team spirit.

Our camp program, held in the historic atmosphere of the Island of Democracy and Freedoms, concluded as a productive meeting that strengthened our institutional culture, increased solidarity among our managers, and reinforced our common vision.
