Our managers from Güzel İşler Fabrikası came together at the Manager Camp held on August 3-5 at the Island of Democracy and Freedoms. During the camp, which was attended by our President, Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, we discussed common vision, institutional culture, team spirit, and new period goals while strengthening our culture of production through training, discussions, and social activities.

We Gathered Around the Same Vision for the Future of GİF

As Güzel İşler Fabrikası, we brought together our managers working in different cities under the same roof at the Manager Camp we held on August 3-5 at the Island of Democracy and Freedoms. Throughout the three-day camp program, we evaluated our new period goals and held discussions to strengthen our institutional culture.

The camp, attended by 43 of our managers, was organized to evaluate the growing educational vision of GİF together, refresh our common excitement, and further strengthen team spirit.

Our President Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz: "GİF is an Educational Movement"

In the opening program of the camp, our General Manager Dr. Selim Gençal and our President Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz addressed the participants.

In her speech, our President emphasized that GİF is not just an organization that conducts educational activities; it is a strong educational movement that provides opportunities for young girls to discover their potentials, encourages production, and is growing stronger every day in different cities of Turkey.

Expressing that the GİF family continues to grow with the newly launched campuses and planned new centers, our President highlighted that the main strength of this growth is the dedicated efforts of our managers in the field.

Three Days Full of Consultation, Education, and Sharing

Throughout the camp, our managers came together in discussions, consultation sessions, and various activities to exchange ideas about the new period's work.

The mini concert of GİF held after the opening program created a strong communication environment among participants through management meetings and discussions; social activities also reinforced intra-team solidarity. On the last day of the program, participants had the opportunity to experience historical and cultural heritage together during a museum visit.

A Strong GİF Family That Produces Together

One of the most prominent topics during the Manager Camp was that GİF is not just a physically growing structure, but a strong institutional culture that is united around common values.

The gathering of our managers working in different cities in line with the same vision, sharing their experiences, and learning from each other further strengthened GİF's understanding of producing together.

The evaluations conducted during the camp created an important consultation ground for the works to be implemented in the upcoming period.

At the end of the camp, where we reviewed our common goals, reinforced our team spirit, and gained motivation for our new period works, we once again demonstrated our determination to continue our strong educational journey that touches the lives of young girls with the same excitement and determination.
