The "New Generation Business Life" program was born to fill this gap.

Türkiye Gençlik ve Eğitime Hizmet Vakfı (TÜRGEV) launched the "New Generation Business Life" program aimed at university students and recent graduates in collaboration with Turkcell Academy. The program, which started on April 27, continues until May 21, 2026. More than 300 applications were made to the program this year, and after the evaluation process, 60 young girls were accepted. In this respect, TÜRGEV is among the leading institutions in career education for young girls.

Participants in the program consist of third and fourth-year university students and recent graduates. Young girls who want to get to know the business world, shape their career plans, and prepare for corporate life meet this program at just the right time. Because many things to be learned after stepping into the business world should actually be learned one step earlier.

To ensure that career education for young girls is not limited to students in big cities, TÜRGEV designed the program in a hybrid model. While the training sessions are held at the TÜRGEV (GİF) Safveti Pasha Campus, face-to-face sessions are supported by online sessions; thus, young girls from different cities can also participate in the program. The theoretical content is reinforced with case analyses and interactive learning methods, providing participants with a practical experience.

The "New Generation Business Life" program comprehensively addresses the fundamental competencies that young girls will need in the business world. In the training conducted by expert trainers from Turkcell Academy, topics such as artificial intelligence awareness, project management, career planning, interview techniques, teamwork, and professional communication are covered. Participants face not only technical knowledge but also the real dynamics of corporate life; they have the opportunity to get to know the business world, experience corporate culture, and gain knowledge about professional processes.

The business world is rapidly transforming. It is no longer enough to have only technical knowledge; understanding how artificial intelligence changes business processes, being able to read this transformation, and adapting to it means getting a step ahead. TÜRGEV and Turkcell Academy have placed this reality at the center of the program curriculum. Participants in the "New Generation Business Life" gain artificial intelligence awareness not just as a concept but as a practical perspective they can use in their professional lives.

Young girls who successfully complete the program are entitled to receive a certificate. For nearly 30 years, TÜRGEV has been continuously carrying out awareness-raising activities against the risks of the digital age, in addition to professional development. The Psychological Counseling Center within the foundation provides support to young people on issues such as digital addiction, attention management, and social media use, while workshops focused on art, craft, and technology are conducted under the umbrella of Güzel İşler Fabrikası.

Approaching career education for young girls not just as a training program but as a social responsibility, TÜRGEV continues to strengthen this mission year by year.
