Although it has been about thirty years since the concept of talent management has gained a place in the literature, the number of examples that present a holistic talent management model, especially focusing on students and institutionalized within non-governmental organizations, is still limited. This situation makes the establishment of a Talent Management Center under the umbrella of a non-governmental organization a unique and noteworthy initiative.

For us, talent management is not about directing talent from the outside; it is about the individual recognizing, developing, and managing their own potential in line with this. In other words, "talent management" expresses the understanding of an individual who consciously manages their own development journey rather than a managed talent.

In line with this understanding, Pusula Yetenek Yönetimi Merkezi presents a holistic development model that aims not only for young people to discover their potential but also to guide, develop, and manifest this potential as responsible individuals who contribute value to society.
