Special Support Accommodation Scholarship for Higher Education
Students who meet the specific conditions outlined in the TÜRGEV Scholarship Directive are eligible to apply for the Special Support (Need-Based) Scholarship.

Special Support Scholarship Application Documents
Residence certificate showing the address where the student and their family reside
"Detailed Population Registration Sample" obtained from the civil registry office or via the e-Government portal
If the student has siblings currently enrolled in school, their student certificates obtained from the schools or via e-Government
If the student is receiving scholarships from other institutions, documents proving such support
Regarding income declaration:
For the student’s mother, father, grandfather, grandmother, siblings, and/or the student, if they are employed and living in the same household: an officially certified payroll or salary statement covering the past year
(For those who have changed jobs or recently started working, SGK [Social Security Institution] service records for the past year must also be provided via e-Government)
For family members who are merchants, farmers, industrialists, freelancers, or artisans: a photocopy of their Income Tax Return and Tax Certificate
For unemployed adults living in the same household: a document from SGK or e-Government confirming their unemployment status
If any of the above-mentioned individuals own real estate: documents showing ownership including share details, location, and size; if they do not own property, a non-ownership certificate must be obtained from e-Government
(To obtain this: Visit https://www.turkiye.gov.tr, go to “General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre - Title Deed Information Inquiry,” click “Print,” and save the file as PDF. The document must include the person’s full name and Turkish ID number)
If any of the above-mentioned individuals own motor vehicles: documents showing the brand and model; if not, a certificate of non-ownership must be obtained from e-Government
(To obtain this: Visit https://www.turkiye.gov.tr, go to “Turkish Notaries Union - Vehicles Registered to My Name,” click “Print,” and save the file as PDF. The document must include the person’s full name and Turkish ID number)
For retired family members: a certified document from SGK showing pension amounts, or monthly pension bank statements, account book copies, or “Pension Information” obtained via e-Government
For family members in tax-exempt professions: a certified copy of the Tax Exemption Certificate issued by the Tax Office
If the household residence is rented: a copy of the rental agreement; if in public housing: a public housing document; if owned: a document obtained from e-Government (see 5d); if not listed in e-Government, a copy of the official title deed
If the house is under mortgage: relevant bank documents
Documents supporting additional expenses indicated in the Preliminary Application Form (e.g., health, education, etc.)
In the case of bankruptcy: official documentation; if there are substantial debts: relevant documents
(For bank debts, a Risk Center Report from the Banks Association of Turkey must be obtained via e-Government)
For Special Support Scholarships (if applicable):
For dependents of martyrs and veterans: a document obtained from the Social Security Institution
For applicants who stayed in child care institutions or completed their high school education in youth shelters affiliated with the Ministry of Family and Social Services: a document issued by the General Directorate of Child Services
If the applicant or a family member has a high-level disability: a medical report issued by a fully equipped hospital
If the applicant or a family member has sought refuge in Türkiye due to forced migration: an official document from the relevant ministry or government institution showing this status
