This type of scholarship is allocated to higher education students who are enrolled at a state university or foundation universities on a full scholarship and who acknowledge and declare that their financial means are insufficient.

Our foundation hosts thousands of students in 18 higher education dormitories across 9 different provinces. In each of our dormitories, we work to support our students’ mental and physical development through regularly provided training programs and workshops.
