  • How do we conduct the sacrificial slaughters?

    The slaughter operations are carried out at the most suitable integrated facility; on the first day of Eid, certified butchers perform the slaughter by reading aloud the names of the sacrificial animal owners whose proxies have been obtained.

  • Why should I donate to TÜRGEV?

    As the TÜRGEV Family, since our founding we have closely followed global developments, working so that our girls can grow as young people who read, understand, question, and create, and we embark on tomorrow together with them. Thanks to you, we support the education of thousands of our country’s female students who represent the future.

  • How can I donate?

    You can make a donation via our account numbers, online through our website, by SMS, or in person at our foundation.

  • Can I make an in-kind donation?

    You can make an in-kind donation by contacting our head office.

  • Can I make a sacrificial animal donation?

    You can complete your donation either through our account numbers or via our website.

  • How are the donated sacrificial animals utilized?

    The sacrificial meat stored in our cold storage facilities is used in our students’ meals throughout the year.

  • How is our proxy process progressing?

    For our benefactors who have donated a sacrificial animal, we obtain their proxies by calling back to the phone numbers they provided.

  • How does the person who appointed the proxy learn that their sacrificial animal has been slaughtered?

    After the process carried out in accordance with Islamic slaughter and hygiene conditions, informative SMS messages are sent to our benefactors on the first day of the holiday.

  • Can I make a scholarship donation?

    You can make your donation through our account numbers or via our website.

  • How can I track the donations I have made?

    By logging into the TÜRGEV Portal as a member, you can view the donations you have made via the “My Donations” tab.

  • When will you plant the saplings we have donated?

    Donated saplings are planted twice a year during the designated planting seasons. We carry out our sapling-planting activities in cooperation with the Forestry Directorates.

  • Are you tax-exempt?

    Based on our foundation’s application and the Ministry of Finance’s letter dated May 8, 2009 and numbered 48107 regarding compliance with the Tax Exemption Status, pursuant to Article 20 of Law No. 4962 dated July 30, 2003, by the decision of the Council of Ministers dated September 26, 2011 and numbered 2011/2292, our foundation has been granted “Tax Exemption Status.”
