TÜRGEV Compass Talent Management Center provides mentorship support tailored to the needs and talents of our youth.
Our Foundation, which provides safe and high-quality accommodation services to tens of thousands of students from all across our country and even around the world through its dormitories throughout Türkiye, took a pioneering step in the second half of 2017 by establishing the Career Center to support young people in their educational and career planning.
In the first half of 2018, with its compass needle always pointing toward the goals and needs of our country, our Foundation reintroduced this initiative under a more fitting name: the Compass Talent Management Center.
Aiming to develop a communication and cooperation model with youth based on talent and competence, Compass has, since its establishment, provided and continues to provide support such as domestic and international scholarships, consultancy, experience sharing, and networking opportunities to more than 1,000 young people in over 20 countries. These include secondary and higher education students whether or not they have resided in TÜRGEV dormitories who stand out with their potential, motivation, initiative, growth, skills, and achievements in fields such as academia, science, arts and culture, social responsibility, and sports, regardless of religion, language, race, ethnicity, gender, or student-alumni status.
