Within the scope of the activities of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the "7th OIC Halal Expo and 5th World Halal Summit" was held at the Istanbul Eurasia Show and Art Center under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye.
This year, the fair was organized between November 28 and December 1 with the theme "Halal for All Generations: The Importance of Family and Youth," and TÜRGEV also took its place at the event.
At the 7th OIC Halal Expo, which brought together producers, investors, representatives, and numerous local and international institutions and organizations, TÜRGEV students had the opportunity to meet with more than 500 purchasing professionals from target markets all over the world, particularly from Türkiye, the Middle East, Central and Western Europe, the Balkans, and Africa.
In addition, during the fair, a conference program titled "Halal for All Generations: The Importance of Family and Youth" was held, moderated by our Chairwoman of the Board, Dr. Fatmanur Altun, with the participation of international academics and representatives from the public and private sectors.
