Young Writers Have Their Say on Jerusalem!
5N1KUDÜS is an original content initiative spearheaded by the students of TÜRGEV Platform Studies, leveraging the expansive opportunities of the digital era to amplify the voice of Jerusalem. Established in 2018 as a youth-led movement centered on intellectual discourse and literature, this project is dedicated to the pursuit of truth regarding the Palestinian cause, the dissemination of accurate knowledge, and the global advocacy for justice.
The project’s name is rooted in the fundamental inquiries of investigative journalism, systematically addressing the complexities of the region: defining what constitutes the cause of Jerusalem, analyzing why the conflict has reached its current state, examining how the narrative has been historically conveyed, and tracing when the struggle first emerged. Ultimately, it points to where—the heart of the issue: the land of Palestine, defined by a history of occupation and exile, with Jerusalem as its central focus.
Beyond its role as a content platform, 5N1KUDÜS serves as a vital digital space of memory. It provides a forum for young writers to maintain a "vigil for the truth," connecting modern perspectives with the historical conscience of Jerusalem.
