At the meeting held in Istanbul on 19 October 2025, members of the Palestine Support Platform and representatives of civil society organizations delivering aid to Palestine came together under the auspices of the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting was chaired by Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan.
As TÜRGEV, we also took part in this important gathering with the participation of our General Manager, Dr. Selim Gençal. During the meeting, discussions focused on the coordination of humanitarian aid activities carried out on the ground, strengthening areas of cooperation, and ensuring that aid processes are conducted more effectively.
The meeting emphasized Türkiye’s leading role in humanitarian support efforts for the Palestinian people and highlighted the importance of the mission undertaken by civil society organizations in this process.
