As TÜRGEV, we continue to host our Brotherhood Tables in the earthquake-affected region.
To share the blessings of Ramadan with our fellow citizens affected by the earthquake, we are in Kırıkhan, Hatay. At the iftar tables we have prepared, we break our fast together with them and get to know one another.
To bring a little joy to the faces of our children, we set up activity areas with our volunteers, where we entertain them with shows such as Hacivat & Karagöz, storytelling, balloon shows, and clown performances.
We also offer treats such as corn in a cup, popcorn, cotton candy, Ottoman macun, and sherbet, and present small gifts as part of the traditional Ottoman custom of “diş kirası.”
