Our Pusula Talent Management Center team took part in the International Youth Tourism Festival 2025, meeting with young people in Tashkent and Samarkand and gaining international experience in the fields of culture, tourism, and education.

TÜRGEV’s Pusula Talent Management Center at the International Youth Tourism Festival 2025
From August 18–23, 2025, TÜRGEV’s Pusula Talent Management Center team participated in the International Youth Tourism Festival 2025 held in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, creating an international platform for young people to engage in culture, tourism, and education.
Hosted by the Singapore Institute of Management Development in cooperation with the Islamic Academy, Kokand University, and Tashkent State University of Economics, the five-day festival brought together young people from around the world around the themes of tourism, business, and culture.
On the first day, the Pusula Talent Management Center team visited key historical and cultural landmarks including the Islamic Academy campus, Hazrati Imam Complex, Kukeldash Madrasa, and the Timurid History Museum, gaining valuable insights into Tashkent’s cultural heritage.
At the official opening ceremony on August 19, delegations from different countries were welcomed. The program also featured a pilaf-making workshop, giving participants the chance to experience the traditional flavors of Uzbek cuisine.
On the third day, the festival continued in the historic city of Samarkand. The Pusula team explored some of the world’s most significant cultural heritage sites, including Registan Square, Gur-e Amir Mausoleum, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, Shah-i-Zinda Complex, and the Ulugh Beg Observatory.
Through the participation of our Pusula Talent Management Center, TÜRGEV aimed to enhance the international cultural interactions of young people, broaden their horizons, and strengthen their perspectives for the future. The International Youth Tourism Festival 2025 provided an invaluable opportunity for youth to connect with different cultures, gain new experiences in tourism, and enrich their global outlook.
