Our Chairwoman of the Board, Dr. Fatmanur Altun, met with Muslim students from the United States visiting our country as part of the Turken Youth Bridges Project.
Within the framework of the Youth Bridges Project initiated by TURKEN Foundation, which we co-founded, Muslim students pursuing their university education in the United States are hosted in Turkey, where they meet with prominent public figures and academics.
In Istanbul—the first stop of this year’s eight-day intensive training and activity program, now in its third edition—Dr. Fatmanur Altun engaged with the students and answered their questions sincerely. The program, also attended by TÜRGEV General Assembly Members Yasemin Solmaz and Doruk Malhan, focused on fostering cooperation among Muslim youth and exploring educational opportunities in Turkey.
The Turken Youth Bridges 2019 Program will continue with visits to Ankara, Nevşehir, and Konya.
