Strong Roots, Great Aspirations: TÜRGEV Builds the Future
As the Turkey Youth and Education Service Foundation (TÜRGEV), we have taken a new strategic step towards raising the leaders of tomorrow. With the slogan “Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow: Strong Roots, Strategic Mind, Innovative Futures,” the Strategic Planning Project draws inspiration from our deep-rooted values, reinforcing our mission to nurture young generations who will shape Turkey’s future.
At TÜRGEV, we continue to offer young people a solid educational opportunity centered on national and moral values. The opening meeting of the Strategic Planning Project was held with the participation of TÜRGEV Chairwoman Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, Board Member Dr. Esra Albayrak, other board members, and senior managers.
This meeting became a milestone where TÜRGEV’s growing vision and strong mission were reflected, and major goals for the future were clearly set.
During the meeting, our foundation’s educational vision and strategic goals were discussed, emphasizing our determination to raise a generation of leaders who will guide the nation’s development in the light of national and moral values.
TÜRGEV Chairwoman Av. Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz stated that our foundation will continue its mission to raise a generation that will play an important role in Turkey’s growth, inspired by the strength of our past:
“At TÜRGEV, we bring out the potential of our youth by drawing inspiration from our deep-rooted civilizational values; we take deliberate steps to nurture leaders who will play a significant role in Turkey’s future. This project is the most tangible reflection of our vision to build the future with the power of the past. The young people present here today are the leaders who will shape the Turkey of tomorrow.”
In her speech, Chairwoman Yılmaz also referred to President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s “Century of Türkiye” vision, underscoring that “A strong Turkey is only possible with strong youth.” She reaffirmed TÜRGEV’s commitment to raising new generations that will build Turkey’s future in line with the 2053 vision.
The Strategic Planning Project has been launched to strengthen TÜRGEV’s pioneering role in education and raise the young leaders Turkey needs. As part of the project, new strategic goals for youth education have been identified, and detailed roadmaps have been prepared to achieve these goals.
TÜRGEV will continue to invest in youth education and strengthen its leadership role in the field of education in line with the Century of Türkiye mission. As our President emphasized, “Every step forward is a testament to our trust in our youth and to their potential.”
