The TÜRGEV Stand Became a Meeting Point of Youth and National Pride at TEKNOFEST

Türkiye’s flagship symbol of technological independence, TEKNOFEST 2025, welcomed millions of visitors at Atatürk Airport from 17 to 21 September. With 1,032,000 visitors this year, the major event also hosted us as TÜRGEV, where projects developed by our young people became a focal point showcasing ideas that will shape the future.

Projects That Inspired Thousands

Throughout five days, our stand hosted thousands of visitors and drew significant attention with projects prepared through the dedicated efforts of our students. Robots developed by the Teknoka Technology Team and Eagle Tech students inspired visitors. We also brought together technology, culture, and conscience through a digital astrolabe experience, the Güzel İşler Fabrikası Art Exhibition explored via virtual reality headsets, and the My Palestine themed artificial intelligence workshop.

Message from the Chair of the Board

Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, Chair of the Board of TÜRGEV, emphasized the following in her remarks at the festival area:

“TEKNOFEST is the core, source, and wellspring of the national technology initiative. It represents not only technology but also the foundation of a humane and just vision for the future. As TÜRGEV, we are very proud to be part of this initiative.”

Distinguished Guests at the TÜRGEV Stand

At our stand, we supported the work of our youth by hosting prominent figures including our Chair of the Board Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, our General Manager Dr. Selim Gençal, Sümeyye Erdoğan Bayraktar, Member of Parliament Rümeysa Kadak, and Ali Haydar Ustaosmanoğlu, Chair of the Board of TGSP.

Youth Voices from TEKNOFEST

Kadıköy Anatolian Imam Hatip High School student and captain of the Teknoka Robotics Team, Melek Adıgüzel, shared her thoughts as follows:

“Being at TEKNOFEST 2025 is a great source of pride for us. Seeing young people from all across Türkiye developing domestic systems, engines, and software is both motivating and exciting. We are also developing our own domestic engine. We would like to thank our teachers and TÜRGEV for supporting us throughout this process.”
