Nearly twenty years ago, in a small town in Anatolia, Ayşe dreamed of going to university. But due to her family’s financial hardship, she was forced to bury that dream deep in her heart. Just as her hope was about to fade away, TÜRGEV reached out a helping hand that rewrote the story of her life. The scholarship and accommodation she received were not merely a dorm room or a plate of food. For Ayşe, this support meant a future rebuilt, and a hope rekindled.

Today, Ayşe serves as a doctor at a public hospital in Kütahya. Every morning, as she brings healing to dozens of people, she never forgets the helping hand once extended to her that quiet yet life-changing support.
Ayşe is not alone. In Ankara, Judge Banu delivers justice with the confidence she gained during her years in a TÜRGEV dormitory. In Istanbul, Zeynep works as an engineer, inspiring young women with the education she received thanks to a TÜRGEV scholarship.
Each of these women shows that TÜRGEV is not merely an educational supporter it is a bearer of hope and a builder of futures.
For years, the Turkey Youth and Education Service Foundation (TÜRGEV) has left a lasting mark on the lives of young women. Its support goes beyond education, instilling confidence, faith, and resilience. Thousands of students from across Türkiye continue their journeys with greater assurance thanks to TÜRGEV’s accommodation, scholarships, and personal development opportunities.
The foundation embraces the principle of “equal opportunity in education” not as a slogan, but as a value put into practice. TÜRGEV believes that every child not only has the right to dream, but also the right to reach those dreams. This approach is more than an investment in individuals it is a lasting investment in the future of society.
Over 80,000 students housed, nearly 15,000 awarded scholarships, and more than 40,000 alumni… Behind these figures are thousands of invisible yet deeply felt hours of volunteer work, millions of moments of dedication, and the strong voice of quiet effort. With more than 33,000 development programs, TÜRGEV stands by young women not only academically, but also culturally, socially, and personally leaving an impact measured not in numbers, but in lives changed.
As Eid al-Adha approaches, there may be no better way to share than by transforming a life. This year, TÜRGEV has launched a new campaign to turn Eid al-Adha donations into turning points in the educational journeys of young women.
Every donation provides housing, scholarships, and development support to a student in need. Sacrifice and distribution are carried out in accordance with Islamic principles, and the entire process is conducted with full transparency. Donors can track every detail of their contributions through the system.
A donation can transform not only the life of one student, but also the lives of her family, her community, and those she will touch in the future.
A girl who today struggles to access opportunities may tomorrow stand on her own feet, contributing to society perhaps as a doctor, an engineer, or a judge. Perhaps she will become a torch lighting the path for another child.
TÜRGEV continues to walk alongside young women in their journeys, turning the generosity of benefactors into lasting good.
