Who Does TÜRGEV Serve?
TÜRGEV serves secondary and higher education students in 60 dormitories located in 32 provinces. In Türkiye’s first Montessori school, Palet Kindergarten, it meets students at the very beginning of their educational journey. Later, when we welcome our students into secondary and higher education dormitories, we do not only support their commute to and from school. We continue TÜRGEV’s support through the education we provide within the dormitories.
In 2015, TÜRGEV expanded its claim of being involved in all areas of education by establishing Ibn Haldun University, which was founded as a social sciences university. Our aim is for children who start their school life in Palet by asking questions, experiencing life, and producing their own questions at the kindergarten level to continue their higher education with the same perspective at the university level.
Through our EDEP project, we guide students from the undergraduate level to the post-doctoral level; providing both English and Arabic education to bring them to a level where they can give conferences and write articles in these languages, enabling them to take an important step in their academic journey. By educating them in the fields of Islamic Sciences and Social Sciences, we aim to ensure they grow into “two-winged” scholars. While raising our students in this way, it is also our motto to support them not only in their work within Türkiye but also in their studies abroad.
Together with the Ensar Foundation, we established the TURKEN Foundation to support them while continuing their education abroad. We provide them with accommodation in the United States and the United Kingdom, holding their hands and continuing to stand by our students.
TÜRGEV’s first and most important mission is to support youth and education.

How Can I Apply for a Scholarship from TÜRGEV?
Students can apply for a scholarship by selecting “Yes” in the “Scholarship Request” section of the Preliminary Application Form filled out online. Students requesting a scholarship must bring the necessary documents to the interview if invited; otherwise, they will not be considered for scholarship evaluation. What Does EDEP Do?
TÜRGEV’s Education Support Programs Center, EDEP, serves undergraduate and graduate students who want to receive education in areas such as Arabic language and tools, Islamic and social sciences in addition to their university education.
This five-year program, which supports the development of TÜRGEV students with awareness and moral grounding, is delivered by leading scholars in the field. When Was Ibn Haldun University Founded?
