TÜRGEV Chair of the Board, Attorney Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, and General Manager Makbule Çabuk came together last night for a special gathering with the Factory of Fine Works (GIF) Orchestra team.
Held in a warm and friendly atmosphere at the Anadolu Hisarı Sabancı Teachers’ Lodge, the meeting focused on the performances the GIF Orchestra has staged so far, the dedication shown throughout its production process, and future plans. TÜRGEV executives expressed their deep appreciation and satisfaction for the passion and effort young people devote to the arts.
Standing with Youth on the Path of Art
At TÜRGEV, we place great importance on creating platforms where young people can express themselves freely—not only academically, but also in cultural and artistic fields. The GIF Orchestra stands out as an inspiring initiative where young people’s connection with music is brought to life on stage.
A Bond of the Heart Forged Through Art
The gathering also honored the women artists and technical team members who have contributed at every stage of the orchestra’s journey. From costume design to stage setup, and from production to communications, this project—shaped through the work of women—has become a powerful example of TÜRGEV’s commitment to both women and creative production.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all the young people who devote their passion to the GIF Orchestra, both on and behind the stage, and we hope this unique collaboration will continue to leave its mark on Istanbul’s cultural landscape.
