Organized under the leadership of the Turkey Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) and the Ministry of Industry and Technology, and supported by the country’s leading institutions and companies, the Aviation, Space, and Technology Festival TEKNOFEST was held at Istanbul Atatürk Airport.
From September 17–22, we took part in Turkey’s largest technology event, TEKNOFEST Istanbul, with our “Online Ideas Competition” and “Imagine and Sign!” concepts, aiming to equip our students with the technological knowledge of the future and raise awareness about transforming Turkey into a society that produces its own national technology.
At the festival, which drew great interest from science and technology enthusiasts, we organized a special Online Ideas Competition for visitors. Students who shared their science and technology-themed ideas with us at www.cevrimicifikirler.com had the chance to win prizes.
Through our “Imagine and Sign!” concept, thousands of our students and visitors of all ages shared their dreams for the future with us.
We also joined in our young visitors’ excitement for scientific discovery with the zSpace activity, which allows users to interact with simulated objects in a virtual environment as if they were real.
Our Chairwoman of the Board, Dr. Fatmanur Altun, visited the TÜRGEV stand to read the world of the future together with young people, listening to and sharing their ideas and dreams.
In addition to these activities, a section of our stand introducing “Women Who Shaped the History of Science” attracted great interest from students.
