He was born in 1982 in İzmit. After completing his secondary education at Kartal Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, he graduated from the Political Science Department of Istanbul Bilgi University. Bayraktutar received his master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development at Marmara University and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Business Management and Organization at Istanbul University.
Bayraktutar worked for many years as a project manager and general manager at a company providing management and human resources consultancy. Since 2011, he has been part of the Star Media Group and continues to serve on the executive board.
He is also a board member of the Association of Career and Vocational Counselors and the Kartal Anatolian Imam Hatip High School Alumni and Members Association.
