He was born in 1980 in Amasya. He completed his middle and high school education at Kartal Anatolian İmam Hatip High School. Bozkurt graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2003 and has been practicing law since 2005. He currently continues his profession as a managing partner at Bozkurt Law Partnership, of which he is one of the founding members.
He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Turkey Youth and Education Service Foundation (TÜRGEV). He is married and the father of two children.
