TÜRGEV dormitory managers came together at the Dormitory Managers Camp held between July 7 and 12. Shaped by a value-based management approach, the camp served as an inspiration for a more well-equipped start to the new term.

Held between July 7 and 12, 2025, our Dormitory Managers Camp concluded with a program full of training and inspiration. This special camp, where we came together with our dormitory managers, was not only a platform for sharing knowledge and experience but also a gathering where we refreshed our values and redefined goodness.
United Around the Same Goal with Our Managers
Organized to support the professional development of our dormitory managers, further strengthen our institutional culture, and start the new term with greater strength, the camp offered comprehensive content on topics such as education management, communication, leadership in times of crisis, effective communication with young people, and value-based management. Delivered by experts in their fields, these trainings enriched our collective knowledge and enhanced the quality of management in our dormitories.
The first day of our camp began with opening speeches by our Chairwoman of the Board, Attorney Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, and our General Manager, Makbule Çabuk. These speeches, in which we shared TÜRGEV’s vision for the future, once again emphasized the great value of serving the youth.
Growing Together, Rising Together
This camp with our dormitory managers was not merely a professional training program, but also a construction of a spirit of unity. The ideas we shared, the workshops we conducted, and every moment we spent together made our journey of goodness under the TÜRGEV roof even more meaningful.
In the new term, we have renewed our motivation to touch the lives of the young women staying in our dormitories more deeply and to prepare them for life as more equipped individuals.
