We continue to build strong platforms where young people can engage in academic production, develop ideas, and express themselves through interdisciplinary interaction. As the annual academic outcome of this vision, the 5th TÜRGEV Platform Studies National Student Congress will be held on February 13–14, 2026, at FSMVÜ Ayasofya Campus – Gülhane Building, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar Hall.
24 January 2026
The Platform Studies, carried out under the TÜRGEV Education Services Department, is a structured education and development program designed to support the academic, professional, and intellectual growth of undergraduate and graduate students. Conducted across ten different disciplines, the program enables students to enhance their research and academic writing skills through year-long academic training sessions, seminars, workshops, reading and discussion programs, as well as guided research and writing processes.
One of the most significant outcomes of this comprehensive process is the National Student Congress, where papers prepared under the supervision of academic advisors are presented in sessions conducted with scientific rigor. Held under the theme “Young Minds, Shared Futures,” the congress will feature student research on current and interdisciplinary topics such as Islamic Economics and Finance, Migration, Social Media, and Peer Bullying.
The two-day congress program will begin with an opening session and will consist of a total of eight sessions across the fields of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Law and Judicial Sciences, Educational Sciences, Media and Communication, Social and Human Sciences (Psychology), Engineering and Architectural Sciences, and Medical and Health Sciences. Each session will be chaired by distinguished academics, providing students with a high-quality academic presentation environment.
Through this congress, we aim to encourage academic thinking, strengthen interdisciplinary dialogue, and enable young people to gain valuable experience in scientific presentation. At the same time, we position the Platform Studies not merely as an educational activity, but as a strategic model that fosters long-term intellectual production and the cultivation of qualified human capital.
We invite all stakeholders who value academic knowledge and wish to witness the intellectual contributions of young scholars to join us at the 5th TÜRGEV Platform Studies National Student Congress, taking place on February 13–14, 2026.
