TÜRGEV Dormitory Managers Training Camp 2025 has started in Istanbul. The leadership and institutional development-focused training sessions will run from July 7 to 12.
08 July 2025
Held at the Hayriye Cemal Gülbaran Secondary Education Girls’ Dormitory in Istanbul’s Kartal district, the TÜRGEV Dormitory Managers Training Camp began on July 7, 2025, with the participation of managers from our dormitories across Turkey.
Running until July 12, this special program brings together our managers with leading experts in fields such as leadership, communication, youth psychology, and institutional development. Throughout this process, we aim to enhance our managers’ professional competencies and ensure that our institutional vision is reflected in the field with greater strength.
Carrying Our Institutional Vision to the Field with Opening Speeches
On the first day of the TÜRGEV Dormitory Managers Training Camp, our Chairwoman of the Board, Hatice Akıncı Yılmaz, and our General Manager, Makbule Çabuk, addressed our managers. Their speeches highlighted key themes such as women’s responsibility in education and governance, the value of guiding young people, and reflecting our institutional vision in the field. With these powerful messages, we aimed to strengthen one of the camp’s core goals—fostering institutional unity and a sense of belonging—and made a strong start in this direction.
A Gathering Full of Values, Wisdom, and Eloquence with Hayati İnanç
Author Hayati İnanç, renowned for his in-depth research on Divan literature and his powerful storytelling, was also among the camp’s guests. Known for interpreting classical poetry in his unique style and making Divan literature beloved by modern audiences, Hayati İnanç met with our managers for an inspiring conversation centered on values, eloquence, and wisdom.
