Our foundation, which continues to bring the local and national technology vision together with young people, took part in Türkiye Innovation Week TIW25, organized by the Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi at the Haliç Congress Center between 9 and 11 October 2025, bringing together the engineers, designers, and social entrepreneurs of the future.
Taking Our Place on the Production Stage with Youth
Held under the theme “Tomorrow Now,” the event brought together all stakeholders of the innovation ecosystem. As TÜRGEV, we shared young people’s work in technology, entrepreneurship, and social innovation with the public, making visible a production culture grounded in local and national values.
Young Producers Guided by the National Technology Initiative Vision
At our stand, we introduced our education programs and project support developed in line with the National Technology Initiative vision. Projects prepared by students of the Güzel İşler Fabrikası focused on social innovation, sustainability, and education technologies and attracted strong interest from visitors. From digital education applications to environmentally friendly technologies, we showcased numerous examples of our young people’s productivity. Visitors had the opportunity to examine prototypes and business model drafts developed by our students.
Bringing Education and Production Together
As TÜRGEV, through the Vocational Education Awareness and Engagement Project that we carry out across Türkiye, we connect the master apprentice tradition with today’s understanding of innovation. Through this project, young people blend a culture of production with technology via entrepreneurship, digitalization, financial literacy, and school industry cooperation. In this way, we are building a youth vision that teaches both vocational skills and innovative thinking together.
An Experience Extending from Artificial Intelligence to Art
Throughout the event, panels, workshops, and masterclass sessions highlighted artificial intelligence, the defense industry, digital transformation, sustainability, and education technologies. Participants were able to personalize their event experience through artificial intelligence supported systems. In addition, the digital art exhibition titled Sense of Healing presented the aesthetic dimension of technology to visitors.
We believe that such organizations are of great importance in revealing the production and entrepreneurship potential of young people. The youth of this land are signing projects that will set an example for the world with their labor, intellect, and heart. Their enthusiasm is the strongest assurance of the renewed rise of our civilization.
Crossing Borders in Social Innovation
TÜRGEV’s social innovation vision has also extended beyond national borders. Within the scope of the Social Innovation in Youth Work GENÇSİN program that we implement with the support of the Türkiye Ulusal Ajansı, we have carried out youth exchange projects over the past year in three Balkan countries: Durres in Albania, Nis in Serbia, and Ohrid in North Macedonia.
Within these projects, young people received both theoretical and practical training in many areas ranging from social impact measurement to sustainable entrepreneurship. The Social Innovation Youth Movement organized in Albania in February 2025, the social entrepreneurship themed program held in Serbia in November 2024, and the strategic planning trainings conducted in North Macedonia in April 2025 provided our young people with international level innovation experience.
Through these efforts, we introduced Türkiye’s accumulated expertise in the field of youth to the international arena and established a social innovation bridge across the Balkans.
