We Hosted Muslim Religious Leaders from the U.S. and Canada
Founded in partnership between Ensar Foundation and TÜRGEV to provide accommodation as well as social and cultural opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students in the U.S. and the U.K., the TURKEN Foundation organized the “Chaplain Bridges” project to help Muslim religious leaders working at universities in the U.S. and Canada get to know Turkey and build relationships. As part of the program, held December 23, 2018 – January 2, 2019, participants visited Ankara, Bursa, and Istanbul, engaging in various cultural and social activities.
